It looks as though there are a few pessimists out there – and with good reason! What, with the flowering all over the place and continuing dry conditions, it looks like it can only get worse – the spread of guesses has never been so skewed towards the bottom.

Stand by for the NZ Winegrowers statement in June announcing the total tonnage harvested (Here’s the last 10 vintages) , and ponder how you are going to spend the crinkly winnings of a $100 note should you be the lucky punter!
