Michelle was looking for a new and challenging role in a New Zealand owned company, – she found it when she joined WineWorks Auckland in November 2016 as a Client Services Co-ordinator.  

“It certainly was a baptism of fire!  The Auckland Plant had just opened and everything was new – lots of challenges and lots of new processes to develop and put in place.  It was a great journey for us – a roller-coaster ride of development and change”. 

Today, Michelle heads up the Client Services team in Auckland and still gets a buzz from her role which covers the front end of the business, looking after a team handling the finance, client services and pre-production functions.

“I enjoy working with our current clients and on-boarding new clients to the company.  No one day is ever the same, it is never boring and that’s what keeps me positive and motivated. At WineWorks we are always challenging our processes, looking for improvements and ways to make our Customer Experience second to none.
