WineWorks are keen supporters of the Wine Industry and the communities we serve. Our ‘giving back’ focusses on three groups:

  • Our Community where we support several Charities, and
  • Our Team, where we sponsor things in our community that are important to them, along with Scholarships and prizes at local educational institutes.

I just want to pass on my thanks to Wine Works for your team’s response and action in resolving our problem. They resisted the urge to play the blame game because, either the cap was faulty, the bottle was faulty or the application  was faulty, or a combination of these factors.

At the end of the day Lake Chalice had a problem  product and we just needed it fixed before worrying about whom to blame.

I just wanted you to be aware of the problem  and how professionally and well I believe it was fixed.

I have spent the day with Gordon and Neil physically checking the finished goods and dry goods against the stock reports, and am very pleased to say of the stock that we checked there was 100% accuracy.
