The Australasian Winery Engineering Association held their annual conference in Napier, and our Engineering team will once again be part of the proceedings. In the past our Engineering Manager has been a keynote speaker.

Our talk was about the adding of value that occurs when our wine is bottled onshore, and how WineWorks had utilised Lean Manufacturing to become more efficient in a bid to resist the trend towards offshore bottling. Click here for an interesting read.
