At WineWorks, being straight up is part of our DNA, as is caring for our team. So measuring and publishing gaps in wages, not only demonstrates our commitment to these base values, but also assists our goal of making our workforce as equitable, diverse, and inclusive as possible.

WineWorks has been part of the Pay Gap Insights Hub, New Zealand’s first pay gap registry, since 2023, when we committed to publish our report annually. The data for our latest report comes from this last financial year (July 2024 – June 2025).

By being transparent on pay gaps within WineWorks, we hope we offer reassurance to our employees and clients that we are determined to address any grey areas. We also encourage our clients, our partners, and other businesses within the NZ Wine Industry to do the same, even those with only a small workforce.
