Brian joined Wineworks in February 2011 as a Filler Operator.

He proudly rolls into Wineworks dressed in his leathers each morning having known that he has come through the ranks as Filler Operator, Production Supervisor, Production Planner and now Client Services Manager.

Foggy Waikato had to go, Brian up and shifted his family down to the sunny Hawkes Bay. Beautiful scenery and new roads to explore on two wheels drew him here. Brian can say that State highway 1 has taken him from Cape Reinga to Bluff but Hawke’s Bay is great.

With a background in food and dairy industries, Brian has made ice cream, butter, cheese and grown yeast for bakeries, processed fruit and manufactured packaging.

Brian thought he was a winner when he joined Wineworks. He was impressed with the Certificates on display in reception, together with the company reflecting a ‘family’ feel, he was looking forward to his journey with Wineworks. Brian is actively involved with the implementation of Lean manufacturing within Wineworks. In particular, he enjoys leading the team that is the first contact people with various wineries to ensure their bottling or labelling bookings are made in good time.

I accept this trophy happy in the knowledge that it has been bottled by Wineworks with all of the integrity that comes with that.
